1. When making a booking you
are entering a legal contract. Deposits
are not refundable and in the event of cancellation, if we are unable to re-let
the accommodation, you are responsible for the full amount. Therefore we strongly recommend Cancellation
Insurance.
2. Accommodation starts at 2 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 9.30 am on the day of departure. All cottages must be left clean and tidy.
3. If there are any breakages or loss of property (eg keys) we must be informed as soon as possible and a charge will be made.
4. Under no circumstances, or at any time must the cottage be occupied by more people than stated on the booking form.
5. The management can terminate a booking at any time with no refund if:
a) In or opinion the behaviour of
guests will disturb others.
b) The accommodation is occupied by
more persons than stated on the booking form.
