Prospect Farm has beautiful, recently converted stone barns situated in the village of Wilton on the A170 four miles east of Pickering. The village sits on the southern edge of the North Yorkshire Moors which provides an excellent base to visit the many local tourist attractions in the area including Dalby Forest, North Yorkshire coastline, Vale of Pickering and easy access to the historic cathedral city of York.

Perfect for a single person or couple, these roomy cottages offer accommodation of quality and character with beamed ceilings and galleried bedrooms. Tastefully furnished.
Lounge – spacious with electric coal stove and TV/VCR/DVD.
Kitchen with breakfast bar. Fully equipped with electric cooker and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer etc.
Shower room with WC.

Saltersgate – sleeps 2
Lovely carefully furnished single storey spacious cottage with double bedroom, combined lounge and kitchen and shower room with WC. The lounge benefits from a colour television and electric coal stove. Dining table and chairs close to kitchen area.
This cottage is accessible to wheelchair users – consideration given to space in all rooms.

Middleton - sleeps 4
This exceptional cottage, newly converted from a listed stone barn, has many original features and offers accommodation of quality and character for up to 4 people although an extra single bed is available for occasional use.
The ground floor, furnished to a high standard, consists of a well equiped kitchen with electirc oven and hob and open plan lounge with electric coal effect stove, TV/DVD and leather seating.

Upstairs has one twin bedded room and one double room with door opening onto the garden.
A spacious shower room with WC completes this lovely cottage.

Bed linen and towels provided. No smoking in the cottages.
The separate utility room attached to the cottages has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board & iron and sink unit.
Arrival and departure day is Saturday but we can offer short breaks in low season.
